Together with local residents and organizations in the neighborhood, we are going to make a cookbook about organic, sustainable and healthy food with a small budget in Lunetten. In collaboration with Knooppunt Lunetten, the first pilot activities are already planned, during the week of loneliness (26 September - 2 October) and a lunch as part of the Utrecht city dinner on 17 October. For Wednesday morning, October 2, we are looking for someone who wants to make sustainable snacks from their own recipe for visitors to the walk-in in the Knooppunt in de Musketon (direct entrance via Salland). The Musketon's kitchen will be available that morning.
Do you have an idea for a cooking and tasting activity? We'd love to hear from you. Share your favorite recipes, such as grandmother's kale stew with secret ingredient, your uncle's most delicious hummus, or a 'pizza mamma mia so good'.
We'd also love to hear your tips on where to find sustainable fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients nearby. Do you take the most beautiful photos, do you like to write articles, do you enjoy taking a detour on your bike to fetch groceries, or are you keen to do the dishes? The more the merrier, so sign up with ineke@duurzaamutrecht2030.nl. Do you prefer to wait and see? On https://duurzaamutrecht2030.nl/en-gb/kookboek-lunetten you can find more information and there, we always post the latest news.
