Boekbespreking van ‘De buik van de stad – deel 5’
Flevo Campus presenteerde vrijdag 7 juli de bundel “Oestersalons, bakkeljauwbitterballen en donutzaken”, over de veranderende eetcultuur in de lage landen, geredigeerd door Janno Lanjouw. De essays stemmen tot nadenken over ons dagelijks eten en het aanbod aan snelle of juist duurzame happen in de straten van steden en dorpen. Ik las het boek in twee ademtochten uit. Een aanrader.
