Young people live sustainably
Read the recommendations for strengthening the Utrecht-based bottom-up green youth movement
Ariana Sadiku, Ana Dragic and Fahim Harun just published their reports on the trend and market analysis of Utrecht-based organisations and initiatives engaging young people in living sustainably bottom-up. They present clear recommendations how these initiatives can join forces together and link up with national and international platforms where young people influence green policies. The team responded to a challenge I had published on the INDUSAC platform: “Young people live sustainably:” https://indusac.innogetcloud.com/technology-calls/179/young-people-live-sustainably.
To implement the recommendations, we are reaching out to the analysed organisations, including the EcologiCo student association, AllOne, Utrecht 4 Global Goals, Zin in Actie (Utrecht Northeast), Jong Voar Utrecht (volunteers centre), and the Fair Future Generators initiative of Milieudefensie. However, our initiative is open to anyone who wants to contribute, including formal and informal organisations as well as individuals. Just reach out to ineke@duurzaamutrecht2030.nl if you want to join us or know more.
